The Anol Vegan is a narrative-driven food journal that focuses on vegan-forward dishes with a diverse cooking approach that makes these recipes unique with ingenuity. These carefully crafted recipes have been created from the most practical and down-right tasty standpoint. Simply put, they are fit for any home chef to whip up.

After a childhood nickname ( “Anol”) was given to Alex by former elementary school classmates, it quickly became Alex’s staple for anything and everything. Luckily for her, she has a sense of humor.

It wasn’t until recently that The Anol Vegan turned into a duo collaboration between Alex and Greer. After they started dating, cooking vegan food quickly became an obsession for two. So, The Anol Vegan was officially born. It’s not only a way to cook together, but it’s also a way to share what we both love about vegansim with others. We hope you find something to enjoy along the way.
