Viewing Highlight Number 4: Ozark (Specifically Season 3)
I know the obsession train I’ve taken you all on did not lead us to this destination, but to be fair I was already obsessed with Laura Linney and Julia Garner. Maybe I can petition for Edie or Merritt to be in season four. Do you think Bateman would listen to me? If he knew what was good for him.

Let’s be honest this show doesn’t need help from anyone because it’s so f*cking good. This season was our fastest binge of quarantine. It took us a day. Self control does not exist when there’s an episode you haven’t seen.

Season 3 exceeded my high expectations by far. In what I consider to be the most emotional season of the series, episodes left me absolutely devastated. Oh, and as if I even need to say this, Laura and Julia did not disappoint.

Watching this season is one of my viewing highlights not only because of its brilliance, but our families are just as obsessed with the show as we are. It felt really good in the early days of lockdown to be able to talk with them about something other than reality. I miss them very much but TV always finds a way to bring people together, even when we’re miles away.
